We confirm the applicant is who they say they are before anything else is considered.
Degrees, licences, and work history claimed on a profile are backed by documents the applicant submits — not taken on their word.
A member of our team reads every application and its documents by hand. Nothing is approved automatically.
Before their first session, every mentor signs the Mentor Agreement, committing to our standards of conduct and confidentiality.
