The short version
Yassir currently uses only what is strictly necessary for the site to work. There is no advertising, no analytics pixel, no session recording, no behavioural profiling, and no tracking across other sites. Because everything below is essential, no cookie consent banner is shown — there is nothing optional to consent to. If that ever changes, this policy changes first and a real consent banner ships with it.
What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small file the browser stores and sends back to the site on each request — it's how a site remembers you between pages. Local storage is similar but stays in your browser and is never sent to the server. SDAIA's privacy guidance treats both as data collection that must be disclosed, so both are listed here.

Third parties
Our payment provider sets its own cookies on payment pages for fraud prevention and payment security; they are governed by its privacy policy and load only when you pay. No other third party sets anything.
What we deliberately don't use
No Google Analytics, no Meta/TikTok/Snap pixels, no Hotjar or session replay, no advertising or retargeting cookies, no social-login trackers, no fingerprinting. Our commitment: any future analytics will be disclosed here first and loaded only after opt-in consent through a real preference banner — never on a "by continuing you accept" basis.
The one analytics tool we may ask about
Keeping that commitment: if analytics are enabled, we use Plausible — a cookieless, aggregate-only counter that stores no personal data and cannot follow you to other sites. It loads only after you press "Allow analytics" in the preference banner, and declining changes nothing about how the Platform works. Your choice is remembered on your own device.
Your controls
You can view, clear, or block cookies in your browser settings at any time (look for "Privacy" or "Site data" in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). Blocking the session cookie means you can't stay signed in; blocking the rest just resets your language and theme. Questions: privacy@yassir.dev.
