Why this page exists
Yassir's mentors include physicians, lawyers, bankers, pilots, officials, and academics. That is the point of the platform — and it is exactly why this page has to be unmistakably clear about what a session is not.
What Yassir does
Yassir introduces people, schedules the conversation, and handles the payment around it. The conversation itself belongs to the two people having it. We do not supervise it, script it, or endorse it.
What a session is
A session is career guidance: perspective, experience, and orientation from someone who has walked the path you are considering. It is educational and informational. Treat it the way you would treat advice from a well-informed senior colleague — valuable, and not a professional engagement.
What a session is not — by field
Medicine. A mentor who is a physician talks to you about medical careers — training paths, residency, specialisation, working life. They do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or advise on your health, and no doctor–patient relationship forms. If you have a medical concern, see a licensed practitioner; in an emergency in Saudi Arabia call 997.
Law. A mentor who is a lawyer talks about legal careers — qualification, practice areas, firms. They do not advise on your legal position, review your contracts, or represent you. No lawyer–client relationship forms and nothing you discuss is privileged.
Finance, banking, investment. A mentor from finance talks about careers in finance. They do not give investment, tax, accounting, or financial advice, do not recommend securities or strategies, and are not acting as licensed advisers under CMA or SAMA frameworks.
Aviation, government, academia, and every other regulated field. The same principle: guidance about the career, never the regulated service itself.
For mentors
If you hold a professional licence, you are required not to provide — or appear to provide — the regulated service through Yassir, and not to offer sessions anywhere your licence, employer, or regulator forbids it. Presenting a session as professional advice breaches your Mentor Agreement and is grounds for immediate removal.
No promised outcomes
Nobody on Yassir may promise you a job, an offer, an admission, an interview result, a grade, or a visa. A mentor who promises outcomes is breaking their agreement with us — report it. Good guidance improves your judgement and your odds. It guarantees nothing, and anyone who guarantees it is selling something else.
What "verified" means — and doesn't
"Verified" means the credentials a mentor presented appeared authentic when we reviewed them. It is not a professional-licence check, a background check, a guarantee of quality, or a continuing warranty that the mentor still holds the role shown. Verification helps you filter; it does not transfer responsibility for the mentor's words to Yassir.
Where responsibility sits
Mentors are independent individuals — not employees, agents, or representatives of Yassir, and their views are their own. Decisions you take after a session are yours. Yassir's responsibility is the platform: matching, scheduling, payment, verification as described, and the policies that protect both sides of a booking. The Terms and Conditions (§3, §4, §17–§19) give this allocation its contractual force; this page is the plain-language version.
